Pod DAO v2
Delegated voting so quieter holders can hand their weight to someone who actually reads proposals.
Every item below has an owner, a date and a public status. We would rather publish a date and explain a slip than hide behind the word “soon”.

Q4 2026 · Surface
Everything that needs to be true before a single token is sold: the contract, the community, the channels and the rules. This phase ends with the fair launch on 20 November 2026 at 14:00 UTC.
Deliverables
Brand, poster and the moustache that started it all
Contract deployed, source published, authorities revoked
Public fair launch with burned liquidity
Telegram and X pod launched with 31 volunteer moderators
Transparency report #1 within 24 hours of launch
Success looks like
A live pool nobody can rug, 5,000 holders who know where the contract address is, and a community that can explain the tokenomics without copying a tweet.

20 Nov 2026 · 14:00 UTC
Q1 2027 · Deep Dive
The quarter where the promises become products. Staking opens, the treasury starts voting, the first physical proof of the meme arrives in people's hands.
Deliverables
Deep Current staking pools live and audited
Moustache Vault funded and first holder vote executed
Merchant Reef drop 001 shipped worldwide
Pod membership hub with holder roles and private channels
Tier-one exchange conversations and liquidity reporting
Success looks like
Half the holders staking because they want to, not because they are trapped, and a treasury ledger the pod can read without a translator.
Key date
Staking pool opens · January 2027
Q2 2027 · The Pod
Governance moves on-chain, the pod gets its own passes, and the first creators outside the crew start shipping things with our name on them.
Deliverables
On-chain proposal and voting system for the vault
Orca Moustache NFT pod passes with permanent staking boosts
Trident Toolkit mobile alpha with live treasury views
Creator grants programme for memes, art and music
First community-championed ocean fund grants awarded
Success looks like
Proposals passing without the crew campaigning for them, and a merch line designed by somebody who joined the pod six months ago.
Key date
NFT pod passes · April 2027
Q3–Q4 2027 · Open Ocean
The long water. A playable experiment, a bridge to other chains, bigger listings and the ocean fund scaled into something with a real footprint.
Deliverables
Playable pod game prototype with holder-only modes
Cross-chain bridge for $MOUSTORCA liquidity
Tier-one exchange listings and market-maker partnerships
Ocean fund scaled to a named annual grant programme
Second ecosystem audit and full transparency retrospective
Success looks like
Somebody wearing the moustache hoodie in a city we have never been to, and a marine charity naming us in their annual report.
